Winds ability to pass through unfrozen/frozen covering
Result: Slightly no change in winds ability to pass through the used fabric frozen or not. The surfaces will either way serve as protection from the wind. Turbolens makes greater impact on the curtain we placed, than wind blowing directly through the fabric.
